Bu araştırma sedanter bireylerde egzersiz bağımlılığı ve beden algısı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 200 sedanter bireyin cinsiyet, yaş, kilo, hissedilen beden kilo algısı gibi demografik özellikleri ve egzersiz bağımlılığı ile beden algısı arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir.
