A high‐performance n‐type element for quasi‐solid‐state thermocells has been introduced, outperforming conventional p‐type elements and showcasing the potential to harness body heat as an energy source or power embedded sensors. This advance significantly contributes to waste thermal energy harvesting and wearable technology, paving the way for self ...

In this work, a magnetic core‐shell catalyst (HOF‐on‐Fe3O4/ZIF‐67) is successfully synthesized, consisting of a metal–organic framework (ZIF‐67) with magnetic Fe3O4 as the core and a porous hydrogen‐bonded organic framework (HOF) as the shell. The catalyst efficiently activated peroxymonosulfate, resulting in rapid and effective removal of water ...

Stratigraphy and development of the Late Miocene-Early Pleistocene Hawke’s Bay forearc basin [PDF]
A Late Miocene-Early Pleistocene mixed carbonate-siliciclastic sedimentary succession about 2 500 m thick in the Hawke’s Bay forearc basin is the focus of a basin analysis. The area under investigation covers 3 500 km2 of western and central Hawke’s Bay.

P- and S- wave velocities of consolidated sediments from a seafloor seismic survey in the North Celtic Sea Basin, offshore Ireland [PDF]
A geophysical survey was conducted over a hydrocarbon prospect in the North Celtic Sea Basin using a small array of ocean-bottom seismographs (OBSs). The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of (P) compressional- to (S) shear-wave velocity of

The ultraselective H2S detection of the ZIF‐L/SnS2 heterostructure is demonstrated. The introduction of 2‐dimensional (2D) breathable ZIF‐L results in a substantial increase in H2S selectivity attributable to the molecular sieving effect, which impedes the permeation of gases with large kinetic diameters and high polarity.
