Determination of the source location of the 2023 Jishishan M6.2 earthquake in Gansu Province

open access: yes地震科学进展
Based on the P-phase arrival time, we determined the source location of the Jishishan M6.2 earthquake with simulated annealing (SA) method, and quantitatively evaluated the reliability of the results using sample set statistical analysis method.

Analysis of the anomalous characteristics of the solid tide modulation ratio before the Linfen,Shanxi M4.1 and M4.2 earthquakes in 2025

open access: yes地震科学进展
The starting magnitude is one of the core parameters that determine the scanning results of the solid tide modulation ratio. Currently, the modulation ratio scanning analysis of solid tides is mostly based on a single, specific magnitude as the benchmark,

Terrestrial organic matter biomarkers as tracers of Hg sources in lake sediments [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Terrestrial organic matter (TOM) plays a key role in mercury (Hg) dynamics between watersheds and lakes. In this study we attempts to determine the role of TOM source and quality and not only quantity, in the fate and transport of total Hg (T-Hg) to ...
