Research on slope stability of open-pit mine under coupled seepage-stress
In order to research influence of coupled seepage field and stress field on slope stability of open-pit mine, ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish seepage-stress coupled control equation and finite element model of open-pit mine,

Simulation Study of Gas Seepage in Goaf Based on Fracture–Seepage Coupling Field
In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the fully mechanized caving face and the upper corner of high gas and extra-thick coal seam, the fracture and caving process of the roof in the goaf is analyzed and studied by using the relevant theories of fracture mechanics and seepage mechanics.

Optimizing Stratification in Binary Colloidal Supraparticles
Supraparticles from binary particle populations show stratification when dried at high Péclet numbers. In spray‐dried systems at high initial particle concentration and fast drying conditions optimal combinations of particle size ratios and volume fractions that produce maximal stratification are found both in experiment and simulation, contrasting the

This systematic review and meta‐analysis of 38 studies, encompassing over 5000 patients, compared extralevator abdominoperineal excision (ELAPE) with standard abdominoperineal excision (APE) in patients with advanced low rectal cancer. ELAPE was associated with significantly improved overall and disease‐free survival, reduced intraoperative perforation
