A cooperative approach to switchbox routing
Switchbox routing is an intractable problem in very large scale integrated-circuit (VLSI) physical design automation. From a computational point of view, the problem is NP-complete. This paper presents a new approach to the switchbox routing problem. The

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

TABLE FREE FORWARDING FOR INTERNET PROTOCOL VERSION 6 SEGMENT ROUTING
Techniques are described herein to forward IPv6 packets without performing table lookup using IPv6 Segment Routing (SRv6). The forwarding pipeline may forward the packet without performing route lookup by parsing the IPv6 Segment Identifier (SID) from ...

In Situ Micromechanical Study of Bimodal γ′–γ″ Precipitate Assemblies in Ni–Cr–Al–Nb Superalloy
A Ni–Cr–Al–Nb superalloy with a bimodal γ′–γ″ precipitate distribution is developed. Composite precipitate assemblies form through heterogeneous nucleation, effectively impeding dislocation motion. Micropillar compression reveals high strength at room and elevated temperatures, governed by precipitate shearing, with coupled faulting mechanisms ...

Efficient label encoding in segment-routing enabled optical networks
The currently standardized GMPLS protocol suite for packet over optical networks relies on hierarchical instances of signaling sessions. Such sessions have to be established and maintained also in transit nodes, leading to complex and weighty control ...

This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.

Enhancing Bubble Removal in Geometry‐Optimized Electrodes
3D‐printed lattice electrodes outperform stochastic foams in alkaline water electrolysis despite 20%–25% lower surface area. Straight flow channels generate Venturi‐like bubble entrainment, suppressing gas accumulation that renders foam interiors electrochemically inactive.
