Measuring the Stringency of Building Height Regulations

ABSTRACT This study proposes a novel methodology to measure the stringency of building height regulations. This measure gauges the difference in building heights with and without regulations. The primary challenge is to recover unobserved building heights in the absence of regulations.

ABSTRACT Two brown organic deposits were encountered whilst investigating kaolinitic claystones thought to occur at the base of a Cambrian formation at outcrop. The age of these organic deposits is probably Paleocene from palynology. Organic petrography shows that they are subbituminous coals with some oil source potential.
