Encoding the Subsurface in 3D with Seismic [PDF]
This article presents a self-supervised generative AI approach to seismic data processing and interpretation using a Masked AutoEncoder (MAE) with a Vision Transformer (ViT) backbone. We modified the MAE-ViT architecture to process 3D seismic mini-cubes to analyze post-stack seismic data.

Abstract Reinforced concrete structures are often subject to significantly non‐uniform corrosion patterns. In real situations, the information available about deterioration is incomplete and sometimes is reduced to qualitative judgments formulated by inspectors based on in‐situ surveys.

Radiometric Constraints on the Timing, Tempo, and Effects of Large Igneous Province Emplacement
Exploring the links between Large Igneous Provinces and dramatic environmental impact
An emerging consensus suggests that Large Igneous Provinces (LIPs) and Silicic LIPs (SLIPs) are a significant driver of dramatic global environmental and biological changes, including mass extinctions.

Abstract This study aims to prevent sudden and brittle shear failures in reinforced concrete beams, which are frequently caused by deficiencies in shear reinforcement. Following the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes in Turkey on February 6, 2023, inspections revealed that many reinforced concrete beams suffered severe damage due to design errors, high shear ...

Acoustic Impedance Prediction Using an Attention-Based Dual-Branch Double-Inversion Network [PDF]
Seismic impedance inversion is a widely used technique for reservoir characterization. Accurate, high-resolution seismic impedance data form the foundation for subsequent reservoir interpretation. Deep learning methods have demonstrated significant potential in seismic impedance inversion.

Blind Curvelet based Denoising of Seismic Surveys in Coherent and Incoherent Noise Environments
The localized nature of curvelet functions, together with their frequency and dip characteristics, makes the curvelet transform an excellent choice for processing seismic data.

Geological Interpretation of Reflection Seismic Data
This research consists of all these aspects in a brief. Starting from the introduction to the seismic methods in Chapter (1). In Chapter (2) We tried to give a brief introduction about the basics of the different types of waves, and fundamental of seismic data and it’s definition like multiples, processing, etc.
