Some physical properties of selected Nigerian grains of relevant industrial application were selected for study under this study work. The grains considered are Phaseolus lanatus, Pisum sativum, Cicer arietinum, Glycine max, Vicia fada, Cajanus cajan, Voandzeia subterranea, Lablab niger medik, Phaseolus angularis and Phaseolus vulgaris.
