Detection of Protein–Protein Interactions in Escherichia coli With Single Molecule Sensitivity
This article describes a regulatory circuit in Escherichia coli able to detect protein–protein interactions with exquisite sensitivity. The interaction between two hybrid proteins fused to Bordetella pertussis adenylate cyclase and its activator calmodulin triggers a potent cyclic AMP signaling cascade.

A time‐multiplexed nanobody‐functionalized organic electrochemical transistor enables rapid and sensitive detection of three respiratory viral proteins from saliva. Sequentially addressed multi‐gate electrodes on a shared channel achieve around 1 fm detection within 15 min without sample preprocessing. Clinical validation demonstrates high specificity,

The extinction laws at 7 ${\rm \mu}$m and 15 ${\rm \mu}$m are derived for more than 120 sightlines in the inner Galactic plane based on the ISOGAL survey data and the near-infrared data from DENIS and 2MASS. The tracers are the ISOGAL point sources with $

The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.

Fluoxetine Facilitates Fear Extinction Through Amygdala Endocannabinoids.
Pharmacologically elevating brain endocannabinoids (eCBs) share anxiolytic and fear extinction-facilitating properties with classical therapeutics, including the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, fluoxetine.

ANKS1B in the nucleus accumbens plays a critical role in the transition from controlled to escalated cocaine intake. Mechanistically, ANKS1B interacts with CBP to epigenetically suppress FoxO3 through H3K27 acetylation. The ANKS1B‐CBP‐FoxO3 signaling cascade presents a novel theraputic target for the treatment of cocaine addiction.

Prefrontal inputs to the amygdala instruct fear extinction memory formation.
Persistent anxiety after a psychological trauma is a hallmark of many anxiety disorders. However, the neural circuits mediating the extinction of traumatic fear memories remain incompletely understood.
