Electro-deposition of manganese with selenious acid as an addition agent [PDF]
The results of experiments with selenious acid as an addition agent to study the influence of different cell variables on the current efficiency of deposition of manganese, hydrogen and selenium content of deposited manganese and consumption of ...

Magnetically augmented biohybrid cartilaginous microtissues enable remote microtissue motion control and assembly as well as targeted differentiation. This study demonstrates accelerated endochondral ossification under magnetic stimulation, highlighting cartilaginous assembloid constructs’ ability to retain long‐term magnetic properties.

Patellar dysplasia may cause patellar dislocation and osteoarthritis (OA). A novel ABCA6 mutation in a four ‐ generation family is identified. ABCA6 is related to patellar dysplasia and OA progression. Its downregulation correlates with OA onset. ABCA6 regulates chondrogenesis and inhibits joint degeneration via orchestrated cholesterol efflux and ...

Targeting the CLK2/SRSF9 splicing axis in prostate cancer leads to decreased ARV7 expression
In advanced prostate cancer (PC), resistance to AR signaling inhibitors upregulates splice variant ARV7. SNP rs5918762 located in the 3′ untranslated region of cryptic exon 3 affects ARV7 expression by involving the splice factor SRSF9. CLK2 regulates SRSF9, and the pharmacological inhibition of CLK2 reduces ARV7 levels.

Nutrition support for patients with renal dysfunction in the intensive care unit: A narrative review
Abstract Providing optimal nutrition support in the intensive care unit (ICU) is a challenging and dynamic process. Energy, protein, fluid, electrolyte, and micronutrient requirements all can be altered in patients with acute, chronic, and acute‐on‐chronic kidney disease.

Angiogenic potential in periodontal stem cells from upper and lower jaw: A pilot study
Abstract Background Teeth and supporting oral tissues are attractive and accessible sources of stem cells. Periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSC) are readily isolated from extracted third molars, and exhibit the ability to self‐renew and differentiate into multiple mesodermal cell fates.
