A Deep Learning‐Based Time Shift Objective Function for Full Waveform Inversion
ABSTRACT Full waveform inversion (FWI) is a powerful technique for estimating high‐resolution subsurface velocity models by minimizing the discrepancy between modelled and observed seismic data. However, the oscillatory nature of seismic waveforms makes point‐wise discrepancy measures highly prone to cycle skipping, especially when the initial velocity

Trade costs, infrastructure, and dynamics in a global economy
Abstract This study develops a dynamic two‐country model with trade costs linked to international infrastructure stock. With variable markups and firm heterogeneity, the welfare impact of trade costs depends on firms' cost distribution. Governments engage in a dynamic public investment game, leading to multiple steady states. The dynamic equilibrium of

Assembly of constructible factorization algebras
Abstract We provide a toolbox of extension, gluing, and assembly techniques for factorization algebras. Using these tools, we fill various gaps in the literature on factorization algebras on stratified manifolds, the main one being that constructible factorization algebras form a sheaf of symmetric monoidal ∞$\infty$‐categories.

Multi‐Scale Electrical Conductivity Model of the Contiguous United States
Abstract The completion of the Magnetotelluric (MT) USArray across the contiguous US enables continental‐scale 3‐D imaging of the asthenosphere‐lithosphere electrical structure. We present a novel 3‐D model of the contiguous United States (MECMUS), derived from a single inversion of the now‐completed USMTArray data set.

Trace formulae for Schr\"odinger operators with singular interactions
Let $\Sigma\subset\mathbb{R}^d$ be a $C^\infty$-smooth closed compact hypersurface, which splits the Euclidean space $\mathbb{R}^d$ into two domains $\Omega_\pm$.

The homotopical information hidden in a supersymmetric structure is revealed by considering deformations of a configuration manifold. This is in sharp contrast to the usual standpoints such as Connes' programme where a geometrical structure is rigidly ...

Homotopical algebra for Lie algebroids
We construct Quillen equivalent semi-model structures on the categories of dg-Lie algebroids and $L_\infty$-algebroids over a commutative dg-algebra in characteristic zero.
