Dual‐Interface Engineering of the Source Electrode to Overcome the Intrinsic Injection‐Leakage Trade‐Off in Organic Schottky Barrier Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A charge injection layer is introduced via RIE to decouple the dual functions of the source electrode: lowering contact resistance through doping to enhance charge injection, while SAM modification on the top surface minimizes leakage current. This strategy enables OSBTs to achieve a high on/off ratio with improved stability and performance.

Machine learning for data-driven design of high-safety lithium metal anode

open access: yesSTAR Protocols
Summary: Here, we present a protocol for developing an inorganic-organic hybrid interphase layer using the self-assembled monolayers technique to enhance the surface of the lithium metal anode. We describe steps for extracting organic molecules from open-

Efeitos da rugosidade superficial nas propriedades de passivação de monocamadas orgânicas automontadas

open access: yesQuímica Nova, 2014
Precise surface area is needed for accurate characterization of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on metallic surfaces. The aim of this manuscript was to emphasize that miscalculation of surface area is the major source of errors in SAM electrochemical ...

Tunnel current in self-assembled monolayers of 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane

open access: yes, 2005
The current density-voltage (J-V) characteristics of self assembled monolayers of 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS) chemisorbed on the native oxide surface of p+-doped Si demonstrate the excellent tunnel dielectric behavior of organic monolayers ...

Bio‐Orthogonally Crosslinked Supramolecular Polymer Bottlebrush Hydrogels for Long‐Term 3D Cell Culture

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Fibrous benzenetrispeptide (BTP) hydrogels, fabricated via strain‐promoted azide‐alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) crosslinking, form robust, bioinert networks. These hydrogels can support 3D cell culture, where cell viability and colony growth depend on the fiber content.
