CEACAM1 participation in breast cancer progression
In invasive breast cancer (BC), CEACAM1 shifts from an apical to a uniform membranous/cytoplasmic pattern, or is lost, as tumors dedifferentiate, inversely tracking the Ki‐67 proliferative index. In MCF‐7 cells, only CEACAM1‐4L suppresses proliferation, repressing cell cycle and growth factor genes.

Paths in r-partite self-complementary graphs [PDF]
This paper aims at finding best possible paths in r-partite self-complementary (r-p.s c.) graphs G(r). It is shown that, every connected bi-p.s.c. graphs G(2) of order p. with a bi-partite complementing permutation (bi-p.c.p) σ having mixed cycles, has a

Ramsey's theorem and self-complementary graphs
A graph \(G\) is called \(s\)-good if neither \(G\) nor its complement contains a complete graph with \(s+1\) vertices. By Ramsey's theorem, given any \(s\) there is the least integer \(n(s)\) such that no graph with more than \(n(s)\) vertices is \(s\)-good.

ADP‐ribosylation: An emerging regulator of the epigenome
ADP‐ribosylation has emerged as a dynamic epigenetic signaling mechanism that modifies histones and chromatin‐associated proteins. Through coordinated PARylation and MARylation, it integrates with other histone modifications to regulate chromatin structure, transcription factor activity, and gene expression, influencing genome function and disease ...

Public CVE feeds add tens of thousands of entries each year, overwhelming patch-management capacity. We model the CWE–CVE–CPE triad and, for each CWE, build count-weighted product co-exposure graphs by projecting CVE–CPE links.

The cytoskeleton‐mediated transport of mitochondria via tunnelling nanotubes restores respiration, increases ATP production, rescues cells from apoptosis, activates the AKT/mTOR signalling pathway, promotes cell migration and invasiveness, contributes to cancer progression and treatment resistance.

Construction of Albertson Cospectral and Albertson Equienergetic Graphs Using Graph Operations
The energy of a graph is an invariant calculated as the sum of the absolute eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix. This concept extends to various types of energies derived from different graph-related matrices.

We describe detailed protocols for the purification and preparation of Marchantia polymorpha Auxin Response Factor 2 (MpARF2). This protein is fused to an MBP solubility tag and an mNG fluorescent tag and is purified from Escherichia coli. The presented procedures make it possible to study MpARF2 assemblies, which could arise from phase separation ...

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

Bipartite Diametrical Graphs of Diameter 4 and Extreme Orders
We provide a process to extend any bipartite diametrical graph of diameter 4 to an 𝑆-graph of the same diameter and partite sets. For a bipartite diametrical graph of diameter 4 and partite sets 𝑈 and 𝑊, where 2𝑚=|𝑈|≤|𝑊|, we prove that 2𝑚 is a sharp ...
