Self-decoupling control of high performance induction motor drive

This study proposes a self-decoupling method for indirect field-oriented control of induction motor drives. The method presents an on-line slip gain estimation algorithm to overcome the parameters' variation effect when computing the slip speed. The slip gain estimation uses short duration pulses added to the constant flux current.
