Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer

PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
