Mechanically Robust, Recyclable, and Self‐Healing Polyimine Networks
To achieve energy saving and emission reduction goals, recyclable and healable thermoset materials are highly attractive. Polymer copolymerization has been proven to be a critical strategy for preparing high‐performance polymeric materials.

Fast self-healing gradients [PDF]
We present CRF-Gradient, a self-healing gradient algorithm that provably reconfigures in O(diameter) time. Self-healing gradients are a frequently used building block for distributed self-healing systems, but previous algorithms either have a healing rate limited by the shortest link in the network or must rebuild invalid regions from scratch.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

AUTOGENOUS SELF-HEALING OF POLYPROPYLENE FIBER REINFORCED ETTRINGITE-BASED COMPOSITE
This study intends to advance the poor knowledge on the ability of an ettringite-based binder to obtain autogenous self-healing and its relevant mechanism. We developed a high performance polypropylene fiber-reinforced cementitious composite based on the

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Self‐healing Coatings Based on Epoxy Vitrimers
The present study focuses on the development of epoxy‐based vitrimeric coatings with thermal‐healing ability. For this purpose, ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EG) is crosslinked with methyl nadic anhydride (MNA) in the presence of 1‐methylimidazole (1‐

Self-Healing Behaviors of Tough Polyampholyte Hydrogels [PDF]
Recently, polyampolytes have been discovered to form hydrogels that possess high toughness, full resilience, and self-healing between two cut surfaces. The self-healing of this class of hydrogels is based on the re-forming of the multiple ionic bonds at ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
