Easily decodable efficient self-orthogonal block codes

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1977
A class of self-orthogonal block codes is described, which are easy to decode and to augments. They are constructed by forming parity-check equations across certain patterns of information digits arranged in a 2-dimensional array. The codes are of a rate close to the optimum for self-othogonal codes.

Universal Solvent Escape Strategies for Efficient Curing of Hydrogen‐Bond‐Rich 3D Printing Inks

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed a new 3D printing method for hydrogen‐bonded polymers by combining solvent replacement, nanoparticles, and optimized printing paths. This allows fast, precise scaffold fabrication. The scaffolds can be easily customized and release therapeutic agents slowly through protonation, enabling personalized bone, blood vessel, and nerve ...

Spectral Decomposition of Chemical Semantics for Activity Cliffs‐Aware Molecular Property Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
PrismNet mimics chemical intuition by functioning as a computational prism, refracting molecular graphs into complementary semantic views and spectral frequencies. This dual‐decomposition strategy effectively captures both global topologies and subtle “activity cliff” perturbations.

Multi‐View Biomedical Foundation Models for Molecule‐Target and Property Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Molecular foundation models can provide accurate predictions for a large set of downstream tasks. We develop MMELON, an approach that integrates pre‐trained graph, image, and text foundation models and validate our multi‐view model on over 120 tasks, including GPCR binding.

Single‐Cell Mitochondrial Lineage Tracing Decodes Fate Decision and Spatial Clonal Architecture in Human Hematopoietic Organoids

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study repurposes mitochondrial DNA mutations as endogenous barcodes for lineage tracing in human pluripotent stem cell‐derived organoids. Integrated with transcriptomic and spatial data, it reveals NOTCH‐mediated stromal‐progenitor crosstalk orchestrates clonal dynamics and spatial zonation during early hematopoietic development, offering a non ...

A Class of Binary Codes Using a Specific Automorphism Group

open access: yesMathematics
In this article, we showcase PSL(3,4) as the automorphism group for a specific class of three linear binary codes, C1, C2 and C3, with dimension 9. The demonstration involves leveraging the action of the group PSL(3,4), represented by invertible matrices

Generalized weighing matrices and self-orthogonal codes

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics, 2009
This paper presents that are one of the classes of Hermitian self-orthogonal codes may be derived from row spaces of certain generalized weighing matrices, Bhaska Rao designs, and generalized Hadamard matrices, over a finite field of order \(q\). A special case of \(q= 4\) shows that the codes obtained in Theorem 8 of the paper are optimal.
