Alienation and Self-Reported Deviance

The present study assessed the relationship between alienation and criminal deviance by administering Dean's Alienation Scale and a modified version of Canter's Self-reported Deviance Checklist to 113 undergraduate students of whom 40 were men. The over-all correlation was slight but further analysis showed sex differences.
