Spatial Decay Estimates for a Class of Thermoelastic Plates

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences
This study investigates the spatial characteristics of solutions for a class of thermoelastic plates governed by biharmonic operators within a semi-infinite strip in two-dimensional Euclidean space R2. The research begins with the derivation of an energy

Biconservative quasi-minimal immersions into semi-Euclidean spaces

open access: yes, 2019
In this paper we study biconservative immersions into the semi-Riemannian space form $R^4_2(c)$ of dimension 4, index 2 and constant curvature, where $c\in\{0,-1,1\}$. First, we obtain a characterization of quasi-minimal proper biconservative immersions into $R^4_2(c)$. Then we obtain the complete classification of quasi-minimal biconservative surfaces

A Study on Quaternionic B-2-Slant Helix in Semi-Euclidean 4-Space

open access: yes, 2016
In this work, we defined a quaternionic B-2-slant helix in semi-Euclidean space E-2(4). Then we gave Frenet formulae for the quaternionic curve in semi-Euclidean space E-2(4).

Subspace Acceleration for Efficient Nonlinear Water Wave Simulation

open access: yesInternational Journal for Numerical Methods in Fluids, EarlyView.
We introduce an exponentially weighted subspace acceleration technique to reduce GMRES iterations for solving the Poisson equation with time‐dependent coefficients in nonlinear, dispersive free‐surface flows governed by the incompressible Navier‐Stokes equations. The method significantly reduces memory requirements and computational complexity compared

Fading performance evaluation of a semi-blind space-time equaliser for frequency selective MIMO systems

open access: yes, 2011
A semi-blind adaptive space–time equaliser (STE) has recently been proposed based on a concurrent gradient-Newton(GN) constant modulus algorithm (CMA) and soft decision-directed (SDD) scheme for dispersive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems ...

Inextensible flows of partially null and pseudo null curves in semi-euclidean 4-space with index 2

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper, we consider the inextensible ows in semi- Euclidean 4-space with index 2 (E42). We give the necessary and sufficient conditions for the ow to be inextensible and we find the evolution equa- tions for the inextensible ows in semi-Euclidean ...

Recent progress and challenges in top‐emitting quantum dot light‐emitting diodes

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
This review summarizes recent advances in top‐emitting quantum‐dot light‐emitting diodes (TE‐QLEDs), including device architectures, microcavity engineering, angular‐emission management, and operational stability, highlighting optical–electrical–thermal co‐optimization as the key pathway toward reliable, high‐performance TE‐QLEDs. Abstract Top‐emitting

Translation and homothetical lightlike hypersurfaces of semi-Euclidean space [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
It is shown that every translation lightlike and every homothetical lightlike hypersurface in a semi-Euclidean space is a hyperplane. As a consequence, both translation and homothetical lightlike hypersurfaces are minimal.
