Abstract Data encryption‐based and secret sharing‐based data outsourcing schemes protect the confidentiality of sensitive attributes but not their secrecy. Ciphertexts/shares generated by a data encryption/secret sharing scheme can attract the attention of interceptors. Thus, it is desired to hide the existence of highly‐sensitive attributes (as secret

Maximize the Security for Image Processing Using an Improved Watermarking Approach
Creating a dependable and effective digital image watermarking (WM) method necessitates balancing imperceptibility, resilience, capacity, and security. Several studies have combined spatial and transform domains to meet these needs. We investigated the current state of hybrid digital image WM.

Image fragile watermarking algorithm based on deneighbourhood mapping
Abstract To address the security risk caused by fixed offset mapping and the limited recoverability of random mapping used in image watermarking, a self‐embedding fragile image watermarking algorithm based on deneighbourhood mapping are proposed. First, the image is divided into several 2 × 2 blocks, and authentication watermark and recovery watermark ...

Abstract Forensic applications exploit electric network frequency (ENF) as a fingerprint to determine multimedia content authenticity, as well as the time and region of multimedia recording. ENF is present at a nominal frequency of 50/60 Hz and its harmonics. Strong interference due to speech content deteriorates ENF estimation accuracy.
