Lagrange Duality and Saddle-Point Optimality Conditions for Nonsmooth Interval-Valued Multiobjective Semi-Infinite Programming Problems with Vanishing Constraints

open access: yesAxioms
This article deals with a class of nonsmooth interval-valued multiobjective semi-infinite programming problems with vanishing constraints (NIMSIPVC). We introduce the VC-Abadie constraint qualification (VC-ACQ) for NIMSIPVC and employ it to establish ...

Linear programming with inequality constraints via entropic perturbation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1996
A dual convex programming approach to solving linear programs with inequality constraints through entropic perturbation is derived. The amount of perturbation required depends on the desired accuracy of the optimum.

Robust resource allocation for cognitive relay networks with multiple primary users

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, 2017
A robust resource allocation (RA) algorithm for cognitive relay networks with multiple primary users considering joint channel uncertainty and interference uncertainty is proposed to maximize the capacity of the networks subject to the interference ...

Controlled Engineering of 2D Alkali‐Iron‐Chloride Compounds and Lateral Quantum Heterostructures Within Confined Graphene Nanoreactors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a programmable atomic engineering strategy for 2D materials using Å‐scale nanoreactors formed by bilayer graphene (BLG) intercalation. A new class of alkali‐iron‐chloride compounds, along with lateral heterostructures composed of monolayer alkali halides and iron chlorides, is revealed.

Reduced Graphene Oxide Transparent Electrodes Enabling Compact Soft Tunable Lenses

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
By spray‐coating an elastomeric membrane with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) at various surface densities, elastomeric actuators are manufactured. Electro‐mechano‐optical characterizations show the suitability of rGO as an effective material for compliant, semi‐transparent electrodes, enabling soft electrically tunable lenses with a compact form factor ...

Fritz-John Type Necessary Conditions for Optimality of Convex Generalized Semi-Infinite Optimization Problems

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Extension, 2013
In this paper, we consider the Abadie and the Basic constraint qualifications (CQ) for lower level problem of convex generalized semi-infinite programming problems, and we derive the Fritz-John necessary optimality conditions for the problem under ...

Support‐Controlled Reaction Pathways via Dynamic Sulfur‐Mediated Interfaces for Selective Urea Electrolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Sulfur‐doped graphitized carbon nanofibers act as adaptive catalyst–support platforms, enabling dynamic sulfur‐mediated reconstruction and strong metal–support interactions. This unique behavior enhances catalyst stability and controls reaction pathways, achieving highly selective urea oxidation (∼92% N2) coupled with efficient hydrogen evolution ...
