Automated workflows for strategy computation and data collection at synchrotron beamlines. [PDF]
This paper presents and explains a workflow program for automatically deriving, optimizing and executing complex multi‐sweep diffraction experiments for macromolecular crystallography at synchrotron beamlines. The Global Phasing workflow derives and executes experimental strategies for macromolecular crystallography, optimized in real time for the ...

Elastic energy of polyhedral bilayer vesicles [PDF]
In recent experiments [M. Dubois, B. Dem\'e, T. Gulik-Krzywicki, J.-C. Dedieu, C. Vautrin, S. D\'esert, E. Perez, and T. Zemb, Nature (London) Vol. 411, 672 (2001)] the spontaneous formation of hollow bilayer vesicles with polyhedral symmetry has been ...

Lorentzian area measures and the Christoffel problem [PDF]
We introduce a particular class of unbounded closed convex sets of $\R^{d+1}$, called F-convex sets (F stands for future). To define them, we use the Minkowski bilinear form of signature $(+,...,+,-)$ instead of the usual scalar product, and we ask the ...

Plane Formation by Synchronous Mobile Robots in the Three Dimensional Euclidean Space
Creating a swarm of mobile computing entities frequently called robots, agents or sensor nodes, with self-organization ability is a contemporary challenge in distributed computing.

Analytic Regularity for Linear Elliptic Systems in Polygons and Polyhedra [PDF]
We prove weighted anisotropic analytic estimates for solutions of second order elliptic boundary value problems in polyhedra. The weighted analytic classes which we use are the same as those introduced by Guo in 1993 in view of establishing exponential ...

Geometry of random interactions [PDF]
It is argued that spectral features of quantal systems with random interactions can be given a geometric interpretation. This conjecture is investigated in the context of two simple models: a system of randomly interacting d bosons and one of randomly ...

Ionizable lipid nanoparticles target multiple pathological pathways in neurodegeneration. The designed self‐assembled materials undergo a pH‐triggered structural transformation from a cubosome/hexosome coexistence to a hexosome phase, enhancing intracellular delivery of a multi‐target phytochemical formulation. The antioxidant‐loaded pH‐responsive LNPs

Motivic Milnor fiber of a quasi-ordinary hypersurface [PDF]
Let f : (Cd+1, 0) -> (C, 0) be a germ of complex analytic function such that its zero level defines an irreducible germ of quasi-ordinary hypersurface (S, 0) subset of (Cd+1, 0).

Transition metal oxy/carbo‐nitrides show great promise as catalysts for sustainable processes. A Mn‐Mo mixed‐metal oxynitride attains remarkable performance for the direct synthesis of acetonitrile, an important commodity chemical, via sequential C─N and C─C coupling from syngas (C1) and ammonia (N1) feedstocks.
