Three‐Dimensional Hierarchical Nanowire‐Networks with Deep‐Focus Tolerance and Adhesion Robustness for Harsh‐Environment SERS Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A 3D nanowire‐network SERS substrate with robust adhesion is developed, featuring pronounced z‐direction optical activity, ultralow detection limit (1.5 × 10−13 M), and excellent signal uniformity (RSD < 10%). Enabled by enhanced light scattering, increased optical density of states, and structural reinforcement, the substrate demonstrates stable, high‐

Optimal Control of Networked Evolutionary Games With Bankruptcy Risk

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
This paper studies the optimal control problem for a class of networked evolutionary games (NEGs) with bankruptcy risk. Firstly, an algebraic expression is formulated for the given NEGs via the semi-tensor product.

MAGTWIST: A Magnetically‐Driven Rotary Actuator Using a Traveling‐Wave With Integrated Stiffness Tunability

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
MAGTWIST: A compact magnetic rotary actuator, enabling smooth, stepless rotation, and on‐demand locking. Inspired by peristalsis, a soft polymer belt generates a traveling‐wave, enabling 270° rotation when heated. Cooling stiffens the belt, locking it in position and enabling it to withstand high loads.

Pinning Stabilization of Probabilistic Boolean Networks With Time Delays

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this article, the stabilization issues for probabilistic Boolean Networks (PBNs) with time delays are discussed. This article's objective is designing an efficient algorithm to choose suitable nodes to be pinning controlled for PBNs with time delays ...

Detectability of Delayed Boolean Control Networks Based on Full-Order Observer

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
This paper investigates the detectability of delayed Boolean control networks (DBCNs) via the Boolean semi-tensor product (BSTP) method. Firstly, three concepts of weak detectability, strong detectability, and detectability for DBCNs are proposed and the

2D Magnetic and Topological Quantum Materials and Devices for Ultralow Power Spintronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
2D magnets and topological quantum materials enable ultralow‐power spintronics by combining robust magnetic order with symmetry‐protected, Berry‐curvature‐driven transport. Fundamentals of 2D anisotropy and spin‐orbit‐coupling induced band inversion are linked to scalable growth and vdW stacking.

Fast reconstruction method for compressed sensing model with semi-tensor product

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2018
To reduce the storage space of random measurement matrix and improve the reconstruction efficiency for compressed sensing (CS),a new sampling approach for CS with semi-tensor product (STP-CS) was proposed. The proposed approach generated a low dimensional

A semi-Lagrangian Vlasov solver in tensor train format

open access: yes, 2014
In this article, we derive a semi-Lagrangian scheme for the solution of the Vlasov equation represented as a low-parametric tensor. Grid-based methods for the Vlasov equation have been shown to give accurate results but their use has mostly been limited ...

Self‐Feeding of Engineered Tissues via Controlled Glucose Release Facilitates Survival and Vascularization of Living Implants

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Engineering living matter has great clinical potential to deliver functional replacement organs. However, clinical translation remains hampered by the current inability to maintain viability of clinically relevant‐sized constructs. During the pre‐vascular phase, implants rely on nutrient diffusion for survival, which is insufficient at ...
