Electro‐Steric Ion Confinement in Polyelectrolyte Networks for Robust Nonvolatile Artificial Synapse

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polyelectrolyte stoichiometry governs ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. A PSS‐rich network creates electro‐steric ion confinement that suppresses ion back‐diffusion and stabilizes channel doping, enabling robust nonvolatile synaptic memory, linear weight updates, and low‐energy operation.

Dc conductivity of consolidated nanoparticles of zinc sulfide

open access: yesScience and Technology of Advanced Materials, 2008
Zinc sulfide nanoparticles with average grain sizes ranging from 3 to 12 nm were prepared by arrested chemical preparation, followed by suitable thermal processing. The size of the grains was determined by x-ray line broadening.

Solution‐Processed Thin‐Film Transistors With Tunable Temporal Dynamics for Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed CNT and CNT/P3HT ion‐gated transistors exhibit materials‐defined synaptic timescales: fast CNT devices for high‐frequency spiking and slow hybrid devices for temporal integration. Embedding these dynamics into coupled reservoir‐computing and spiking neural network simulations reveals that a Hybrid‐Reservoir / CNT‐SNN architecture ...

Preparation of ZnO-SnO2 ceramic materials by a coprecipitation method

open access: yesBoletín de la Sociedad Española de Cerámica y Vidrio, 2006
Tin (IV)-doped zinc oxide ceramics find its main application as specific gas sensor devices. The sensor ability of the mixture and its particular affinity for a particular gas (selectivity) depends both on the crystalline phases in the microstructure of ...

Unified Analytical Framework for Understanding the Operational Stability of Blue Phosphorescent OLEDs: Quantitative Insights Into Exciton Recycling and Bimolecular Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Blue phosphorescent OLEDs remain limited by poor operational stability. Here, a unified analytical framework integrating transient photoluminescence and magneto‐electroluminescence is developed to correlate intrinsic material photophysics with electrically driven degradation.
