, 2013 We show that every $(2^n,2^n,2^n,1)$-relative difference set $D$ in $\Z_4^n$ relative to $\Z_2^n$ can be represented by a polynomial $f(x)\in \F_{2^n}[x]$, where $f(x+a)+f(x)+xa$ is a permutation for each nonzero $a$.

Discrete Mathematics, 1990 The authors work out a list of all eight translation planes of order 64 which contain GF(8) in its kernel and have a collineation group of order 128. By a result of \textit{M. Biliatti}, \textit{V. Jha}, the second author and \textit{G. Menichetti} [Geom. Dedicata 29, No.1, 7-43 (1989; Zbl 0673.51003)] they are all semifield planes.
