Note on Schreier semigroup rings
2016Let \(D\) be an integral domain and \(S\) a submonoid of an (additive) torsion-free Abelian group. An element \(c\in D\) is called primal if whenever \(c\mid b_1b_2\) for \(b_1,b_2\in D\), then \(c=a_1a_2\) with \(a_1,a_2\in D\), where \(a_1\mid b_1\) and \(a_2\mid b_2\).
