SEMIGROUP RINGS AS H-DOMAINS [PDF]
Summary: Let \(D\) be an integral domain, \(S\) be a torsion-free grading monoid such that the quotient group of \(S\) is of type \((0, 0, 0, \dots)\), and \(D[S]\) be the semigroup ring of \(S\) over \(D\). We show that \(D[S]\) is an H-domain if and only if \(D\) is an H-domain and each maximal \(t\)-ideal of \(S\) is a \(v\)-ideal. We also show that

A Generalization of Source of Semiprimeness
This paper characterizes the semigroup ideal $\mathcal{L}_{R}^{n}(I)$ of a ring $R$, where $I$ is an ideal of $R$, defined by $\mathcal{L}_{R}^{0}(I)=I$ and $\mathcal{L}_{R}^{n}(I)=\{a\in R \mid aRa\subseteq \mathcal{L}_{R}^{n-1}(I)\}$, for all $n\in ...

Free subsemigroups in automorphism group of a polynomial ring of two variables over number fields
Sufficient conditions under which the semigroup generated by twoautomorphism of the polynomial ring in two variables over a number field P will be free are given. The set of free finitely generated subsemigroups of the triangle automorphism subgroup in

Units of Integral Semigroup Rings
The unit group \(U(\mathbb{Z}[S])\) of the integral semigroup ring \(\mathbb{Z}[S]\) of a finite semigroup \(S\), such that the rational semigroup algebra \(\mathbb{Q}[S]\) is semisimple, is studied. It is shown that the set of so called Bass cyclic units and bicyclic units generates a subgroup of finite index in \(U(\mathbb{Z}[S])\) provided that the ...

On new symbolic key exchange protocols and cryptosystems based on a hidden tame homomorphism
Multivariate cryptosystems are divided into public rules, for which tools of encryption are open for users and systems of the El Gamal type, for which the encryption function is not given in public, and, for its generation, the opponent has to solve a ...
