Seminal vesicle cyst presenting as rectal obstruction
Urology, 2004We report an unusual case of a pelvic mass arising from the seminal vesicle. A 45-year-old man presented with difficulty voiding and difficult bowel movements. Computed tomography demonstrated a large 14 x 10 x 15-cm cystic pelvic mass displacing the bladder anteriorly and the rectum posteriorly.

Endoscopic Incision of a Seminal Vesicle Cyst
Urology, 1998A 41-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of obstructive voiding symptoms and recurrent urinary tract infections. His physical and rectal examinations were unremarkable. Anal tenesmus caused by seminal vesicle cyst
Urology, 1997Congenital cysts of the seminal vesicles with ipsilateral renal aplasia or dysplasia are rare but have been well described in the literature. We report the first case where anal tenesmus was the only presenting symptom. Another unique feature was the combination of this anomaly with a duplication of the inferior vena cava.

Laparoscopic Excision of Seminal Vesicle Cyst
2008Symptomatic benign conditions of seminal vesicle (lesions like cysts which need intervention) can be managed laparoscopically because the vision is better and the access is easier than in open surgery [1, 2].

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Seminal Vesicle Cyst
Radiology, 1975Seminal vesicle cysts are uncommon, particularly when associated with ipsilateral agenesis of the kidney, ureter, and/or trigone. This entity should be considered when a cystic pelvic mass is seen in a young male. B-scan ultrasound can be of considerable aid in making the diagnosis.

Congenital seminal vesicle cysts in children
Urologiia, 2018The article reports two cases of seminal vesicle cysts with ipsilateral renal agenesis in children. The congenital nature of this condition, characteristic features of the clinical manifestation of seminal vesicle cysts makes it difficult to recognize this rare genitourinary disease.
