Resolution-invariant separable ARMA modeling of images [PDF]
We suggest a continuous-domain stochastic modeling of images that is invariant to spatial resolution. Specifically, we are proposing an estimator that is calibrated with respect to the sampling step, and that can potentially handle aliased data. Motivated by Markov random fields, we assume a continuous-domain ARMA model and suggest an algorithm for ...

Nullforms, polarization and tensorpowers [PDF]
Part I: Singular Spaces of the Nullcone: Given a complex reductive group G and a complex representation V , one of the main goals of invariant theory is to describe - in terms of generators and relations - the ring of invariant polynomial functions ...

Local Degree of Separability and Invariance of Domain [PDF]
In En an invariance of domain theorem may be proved assuming the Jordan Brouwer Theorem. In this paper such a theorem is proved for various locally compact, connected, Hausdorff spaces which satisfy a certain local degree of separability property. An example shows the separability condition may not be removed.

Degree bound for separating invariants of abelian groups [PDF]
It is proved that the universal degree bound for separating polynomial invariants of a finite abelian group (in non-modular characteristic) is typically strictly smaller than the universal degree bound for generators of polynomial invariants.

Differential invariants of self-dual conformal structures [PDF]
We compute the quotient of the self-duality equation for conformal metrics by the action of the diffeomorphism group. We also determine Hilbert polynomial, counting the number of independent scalar differential invariants depending on the jet-order, and ...

Synthesising Functional Invariants in Separation Logic
We describe the CORE system which automatically proves fully functional specifications about pointer programs, generating functional parts of the invariants automatically where necessary.

ABSTRACT Background Japan has one of the highest dialysis prevalence rates worldwide and a shrinking, aging population. Whether dialysis burden has entered a sustained post‐peak phase or whether recent declines partly reflect pandemic‐related disruptions remains uncertain.
