Generated topology on infinite sets by ultrafilters [PDF]

open access: yesSahand Communications in Mathematical Analysis, 2017
Let $X$ be an infinite set, equipped with a topology $tau$. In this paper we studied the relationship between $tau$, and ultrafilters on $X$. We can discovered, among other thing, some relations of the Robinson's compactness theorem, continuity and the ...

A Perspective on Interactive Theorem Provers in Physics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Into an interactive theorem provers (ITPs), one can write mathematical definitions, theorems and proofs, and the correctness of those results is automatically checked. This perspective goes over the best usage of ITPs within physics and motivates the open‐source community run project PhysLean, the aim of which is to be a library for digitalized physics

A Transfer Theorem for the Separation Problem

open access: yesCoRR, 2015
We investigate two problems for a class C of regular word languages. The C-membership problem asks for an algorithm to decide whether an input language belongs to C. The C-separation problem asks for an algorithm that, given as input two regular languages, decides whether there exists a third language in C containing the first language, while being ...

New High‐Tc Charge‐Transfer Multiferroicity in the Quasi‐2D Antiferromagnet CrSbS3

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Low‐dimensional magnets, particularly 2D systems, offer a rich platform for realizing unconventional multiferroic mechanisms, especially when multiple polarization channels coexist. In the quasi‐2D antiferromagnet CrSbS3, which crystallizes in the centrosymmetric orthorhombic space group Pnma and orders magnetically at TN ≈ 90 K, two ...

Numerical Analysis on Paper Sheet Separation Using the Overlap Separation Mechanism

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Mechanical Design, Systems, and Manufacturing, 2010
The overlap separation mechanism is widely used to separate paper sheets from each other in automatic teller machines. In this study, we first derived a formula used for expressing the normal separation condition of paper sheets.

A Novel Combinational ATP Based on Contradiction Separation for First-Order Logic

open access: yesInternational Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, 2020
At present, most of the first-order logic theorem provers use a binary-resolution method, which can effectively solve the general first-order logic problems to a certain extent.

A Wireless 3D Magneto‐Mechanical Stimulation Platform Drives In Situ Chondrogenic Commitment of Endogenous MSCs

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An intracellular magneto‐mechanical platform utilizing MSC‐targeted nanomotors is developed. After intra‐articular delivery, these nanomotors target endogenous BMSCs and are actuated within lysosomes to execute trans‐planar rotational‐bouncing motions under a rotating‐fluctuating 3D magnetic field, generating amplified mechanical stimulation.

Some properties of solutions for an isothermal viscous Cahn–Hilliard equation with inertial term

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2018
In this paper, we study the global existence and blow-up of solutions for an isothermal viscous Cahn–Hilliard equation with inertial term, which arises in isothermal fast phase separation processes.

An exciting Approach to Theoretical Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Theoretical spectroscopy, and more generally, electronic‐structure theory, are powerful concepts for describing the complex many‐body interactions in materials. They cover methods from ground‐state properties to lattice excitations and light‐matter interaction, including time‐resolved variants.

Theorems on the existence of separating surfaces [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete & Computational Geometry, 1991
Let R and G be finite sets in \(E^ d\). Kirchberger's theorem implies that the strict linear separability of R and G is determined by the separability of all subsets of up to \(d+2\) points of \(R\cup G\). This paper shows that under certain conditions, the linear separability of R and G is determined by the separability of significantly fewer than all
