The Epidemiology of Septoria tritici and S. nodorum

Transactions of the British Mycological Society, 1969
Field trials, involving spring and winter wheat varieties, were artificially inoculated with spore suspensions of Septoria tritici Rob. ex Desm. where the spores were applied to the wheat heads. Head symptoms produced by S. tritici were totally different from those obtained with S. nodorum Berk.
