The strength of the Wisconsin Package (GCG) is that it contains a suite of programs that serve a wide range of sequence analysis needs. A selected number of these programs are described. Each GCG program has extensive modifiers or parameters available. Top-level online help contains a list of all programs and appendices in alphabetical order.
