Sequential Rationality in Continuous No-Limit Poker

open access: yesGames, 2014
Newman’s (1959, Operations Research, 7, 557–560) solution for a variant of poker with continuous hand spaces and an unlimited bet size is modified to incorporate sequential rationality.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Evaluating the Impact of Environmental Factors on Women's Sense of Safety (Case study: Sahlabad Neighborhood- Shiraz) [PDF]

open access: yesپژوهش‌های راهبردی مسائل اجتماعی ایران, 2019
Introduction The presence of women as one of the most important and vulnerable user groups of urban spaces requires requirements and prerequisites. One of the most important of which is ‘safety’.

A sufficient condition for metric subregularity of set-valued mappings between Asplund spaces based on an outer-coderivative-like variational tool

open access: yesHeliyon, 2023
In this study, we examine the Generalized Equations' subregularity in Asplund spaces utilizing a novel approach. We obtain sufficient conditions for a family of multifunctions to be metrically subregular which are stronger than the known sufficient ...

Sequential Generalized Transforms on Function Space [PDF]

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
We define two sequential transforms on a function spaceCa,b[0,T]induced by generalized Brownian motion process. We then establish the existence of the sequential transforms for functionals in a Banach algebra of functionals onCa,b[0,T]. We also establish that any one of these transforms acts like an inverse transform of the other transform. Finally, we

Test spaces for infinite sequential order

open access: yes, 1982
The collection of test spaces for the ordinal invariant σ on the category of regular sequential topological spaces is determined. The spaces Kα, α < w1 defined by Archangel'skiǐ and Franklin are shown to have this property. To establish this a collection

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Sequential Designs for Filling Output Spaces

open access: yesTechnometrics, 2023
Space-filling designs are commonly used in computer experiments to fill the space of inputs so that the input-output relationship can be accurately estimated. However, in certain applications such as inverse design or feature-based modeling, the aim is to fill the response or feature space.

P-Sequential Spaces and Cleavability [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
∗ Supported by the Serbian Scientific Foundation, grant No 04M01We consider some relations between p-sequential-like properties and cleavability of topological spaces.
