Susceptibility Source Separation Unveils Paramagnetic and Diamagnetic Trajectories in Healthy Brains From 5 to 90 Years

This work analyzed healthy brain lifespan trajectories of paramagnetic iron and diamagnetic myelin with three common susceptibility source separation methods (χ‐separation, χ‐sepnet and APART‐QSM). Deep gray and white matter regions of 339 subjects (5–90 years) were studied.
