On the vanishing of and spanning sets for Poincaré series for cusp forms

open access: yesActa Mathematica, 1984
Let \(\Gamma\) be a finitely generated non-elementary Kleinian group with region of discontinuity \(\Omega\) and limit set \(\Lambda\). Let \(A_ q(\Omega,\Gamma)\) be the Bers space of cusp forms of weight (-2q). Define the set \(\Lambda_ q\) to be the limit set \(\Lambda\) together with those fixed points z in \(\Omega\) of elliptic elements such that

GAD65 Antibody ELISA With Extended Reportable Range: Validation and Guidance for Neurological Practice

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To (1) validate GAD65‐ELISA detection and quantification for type 1 diabetes mellitus and autoimmune neurological diagnoses, (2) correlate ELISA results (reference range < 5 IU/mL) with established radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIA; ≤ 0.02 nmol/L), and (3) define ELISA clinical utility and pitfalls.

The HelioClim Project: Surface Solar Irradiance Data for Climate Applications

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2011
Meteosat satellite images are processed to yield values of the incoming surface solar irradiance (SSI), one of the Essential Climate Variables. Two HelioClim databases, HC-1 and HC-3, were constructed covering Europe, Africa and the Atlantic Ocean, and ...

Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.

Influences of Environmental Loading Corrections on the Nonlinear Variations and Velocity Uncertainties for the Reprocessed Global Positioning System Height Time Series of the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2018
Mass redistribution of the atmosphere, oceans, and terrestrial water storage generates crustal displacements which can be predicted by environmental loading models and observed by the Global Positioning System (GPS).

Generating the Spanning Trees of Series-Parallel Graphs up to Graph Automorphism

open access: yesCoRR
In this paper, we investigate the problem of generating the spanning trees of a graph $G$ up to the automorphisms or "symmetries" of $G$. After introducing and surveying this problem for general input graphs, we present algorithms that fully solve the case of series-parallel graphs, under two standard definitions.

Spatial and Volumetric Characteristics of Glioblastoma: Associations With Clinical Presentation and Survival

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective We aim to comprehensively analyze how regional tumor and edema characteristics are associated with clinical presentations and survival outcomes in a large cohort of glioblastoma patients. Methods Patients with IDH‐wildtype glioblastoma who received brain MRI from 2010 to 2023 were included.

Prominent Movement Disorders in RNU2‐2‐Related Spliceosomopathy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric movement disorders often overlap with neurodevelopmental diseases, suggesting shared molecular mechanisms. Variants in small nuclear RNA (snRNA) genes encoding spliceosome components have recently been associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, termed “RNUopathies.” We analyzed genome sequencing data from 14 patients with ...
