Mediastinal Perigraft Seroma

A 29-year-old patient had breast augmentation with saline implants 9 years previously. Preoperatively the left breast was larger than the right. At the present time, the right breast is larger than the left and the implant is palpably firmer than the left. The Group commented on the possibility of seroma or infection causing the firmness.
