The Semantic Side of Service-Oriented Architectures [PDF]
In Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), service descriptions are fundamental elements. In order to automatically execute SOA tasks, such as services discovery, it is necessary to capture and process the semantics of services. We review several Semantic Web Services frameworks that intend to bring semantics to Web Services.

Antiferromagnets (AF) are a promising platform for high‐speed, low‐power spintronic devices. AF also play a relevant role for interface‐engineering in ferromagnet/normal‐metal (FM/NM) heterostructures to enhance spin‐current transmission. In this role, controlling the Néel vector orientation is key.

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services [PDF]
From a functional perspective, a service is a standalone unit, such as taking a request from an e-commerce site. By this definition, a service is an operation that can be invoked discreetly. Services can be combined to provide the functionality of a high

The Morphological, Behavioral, and Transcriptomic Life Cycle of Anthrobots
DNA is thought to determine shape, behavior, and lifespan, with developmental plasticity reserved for stem cells, embryos, and species like amphibia. How much morphogenetic plasticity do adult somatic human cells exhibit? Anthrobots are a self‐organizing, motile synthetic living construct made of genetically normal human epithelial cells.
