Can Deep Learning Search for Exceptional Chiroptical Properties? The Halogenated [6]Helicene Case

In this work, we have focused on one of the most important chiral motifs, [6]helicene, and we have predicted the effect of halogenation on its chiroptical properties using Deep Learning. We have developed three machine learning models, which allow us to evaluate millions of compounds and learn the reasons that favor some substitutions.
