Advanced Materials Research, 2012In order to achieve the fault diagnostic and degradation assessment of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, a system of prognostic and health management based on the data-driven approach for the electro-hydraulic servo valve is presented. FMMEA performed in this study considered the degree of sub-components in electro-hydraulic servo valve.

Study of leakage model for servo valve

The whole hydraulic system is studied: the system's model utilizing the proposed leakage formula is compared against another model, a known semi-empirical model employing the idea of pseudo section in flowrates.

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1981A servo amplifier is described which increases the stability of the series 213 and series 216 Granville–Phillips servo controlled leak valve. The amplifier provides increased immunity from 60 Hz noise through filtering, negative feedback via a rate sensing circuit, and adjustable gain.
