Inpatient Food Insecurity and Pediatric Hematology Oncology Hospitalization Outcomes
ABSTRACT Children with cancer and blood disorders are at risk for food insecurity (FI). We aimed to describe the association of inpatient food insecurity (IFI) and hospitalization outcomes among patients admitted to the pediatric hematology oncology service. Of 325 caregivers screened for IFI, 60 (18.6%) screened positive.

Generalized Caratheodory Extension Theorem on Fuzzy Measure Space
Lattice-valued fuzzy measures are lattice-valued set functions which assign the bottom element of the lattice to the empty set and the top element of the lattice to the entire universe, satisfying the additive properties and the property of monotonicity.

The control function approach allows the researcher to identify various causal effects of interest. While powerful, it requires a strong invertibility assumption in the selection process, which limits its applicability. This paper expands the scope of the nonparametric control function approach by allowing the control function to be set-valued and ...

Dietary Protein Intake and Peritoneal Protein Losses in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients
ABSTRACT Introduction Peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients lose protein in their waste dialysate, potentially increasing their risk for malnutrition. We wished to determine whether there was any association between losses and dietary protein intake (DPI). Methods DPI was assessed from 24‐h dietary recall using Nutrics software.

A Korovkin-type theorem for set-valued Hausdorff continuous functions
In this paper, we give a generalization of a Korovkin-type theorem for set-valued Hausdorff continuous functions (cf. [1] and [2]), by means of upper and lower envelopes.
