Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Single-valued representation of set-valued mappings [PDF]
It is shown that the graph of a set-valued mapping satisfying typical conditions which guarantee the existence of measurable selections can be represented as the union of graphs of measurable single-valued mappings depending continuously on a parameter running through some Polish space.

Function‐driven design of a surrogate interleukin‐2 receptor ligand
Interleukin (IL)‐2 signaling can be achieved and precisely fine‐tuned through the affinity, distance, and orientation of the heterodimeric receptors with their ligands. We designed a biased IL‐2 surrogate ligand that selectively promotes effector T and natural killer cell activation and differentiation. Interleukin (IL) receptors play a pivotal role in

Higher-order Mond-Weir duality of set-valued fractional minimax programming problems [PDF]
In this paper, we consider a set-valued fractional minimax programming problem (abbreviated as SVFMPP) (MFP), in which both the objective and constraint maps are set-valued.

Generalized quasiconvex set-valued maps
The aim of this paper is to introduce a concept of quasiconvexity for set-valued maps in a general framework, by only considering an abstract convexity structure in the domain and an arbitrary binary relation in the codomain. It is shown that this concept can be characterized in terms of usual quasiconvexity of certain real-valued functions.

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

Sensitivity analysis of parametric vector equilibrium problems on Fréchet coderivative
In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of parametric vector equilibrium problems (for short PVEP) is conducted based on the Fréchet coderivative of a multifunction.

We obtain some new fixed point theorems for a (𝜓,𝜙)-pair Meir-Keeler-type set-valued contraction map in metric spaces. Our main results generalize and improve the results of Klim and Wardowski, (2007).
