The TAPS project 15: The social networks of two group settings: A pilot study
Journal of Mental Health, 1992This pilot study contrasts the changes in social networks of long-stay psychiatric patients discharged to two group settings. At one year follow-up, the comparison was made between settings with successful or unsuccessful social milieux. From this comparison a hypothesis is generated about how to plan the social mix within a residence so as to produce ...

Nanotechnology, 2009
In tapping mode atomic force microscopy (AFM), a sharp probe tip attached to an oscillating cantilever is allowed to intermittently strike a surface. By raster scanning the probe while monitoring the oscillation amplitude of the cantilever via a feedback loop, topographical maps of surfaces with nanoscale resolution can be acquired.
