Aim Novel oral polio vaccine type 2 (nOPV2) was used under the WHO emergency use listing for circulating vaccine‐derived polio virus (cVDPV) outbreaks from 2021 to 2023. We assessed nOPV2 adverse events following immunization (AEFIs) and compared its safety profile to other vaccines using VigiBase.

LSPR biosensing enables rapid, sensitive, and low‐sample‐volume detection of biomarkers, with broad applications in diagnosing cancer, infectious, and chronic diseases. Compliant hydrogel cuff coating with real‐time pressure monitoring and antibiofilm capabilities for ventilator‐associated pneumonia prophylaxis

A soft‐compliant hydrogel cuff coating combines real‐time pressure monitoring with intrinsic antibacterial activity for prophylaxis of ventilator‐associated pneumonia. A flexible pressure‐sensing patch is embedded in the coating to enable wireless dynamic monitoring of endotracheal cuff pressure through Bluetooth.
