【目的】针对水厂生产废水锰污染现状,本文旨在解决浓缩池上清液回用导致的配水井原水锰超标问题。【方法】利用石灰碱化排泥水,本文探究不同石灰投加量、pH条件下锰离子去除效果以及投加石灰对排泥水沉降性能的影响,并把所得结论运用于生产实践。【结果】利用石灰碱化排泥水能够有效去除排泥水中的锰离子,石灰投加量越大,锰离子去除效果越好,石灰投加质量浓度为75 mg/L时,排泥水pH值由7.13升至9.20,上清液锰离子质量浓度由4.30 mg/L降至0.25 mg/L,锰离子去除率高达94.2 ...
