【目的】为支撑智慧水务发展,满足水厂精细化调度需求,提升供水效率与资源利用率,需构建时供水量预测模型以优化生产调度。【方法】以华东地区A水厂为研究对象,本文综合时间特征、气象条件、设备检修工况及水力参数构建含58个初始特征的数据集,采用递归特征消除(RFE)算法筛选出16个关键特征,同时引入贝叶斯优化(BO)对极端梯度提升树(XGBoost)模型的超参数进行寻优,建立时供水量预测模型。【结果】BO后模型平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)为4.58%,平均绝对误差(MAE)为676.02
