De Novo Reconstruction of 3D Human Facial Images from DNA Sequence

This study introduces Difface, a novel deep‐learning model for reconstructing 3D facial images only from DNA data. By integrating transformer networks, spiral convolutions, and a diffusion model, Difface directly aligns high‐dimensional SNP data with 3D facial structures.

Exercise without Weight Loss Prevents Seasonal Decline in Vitamin D Metabolites: The VitaDEx Randomized Controlled Trial

In people with overweight or obesity, regular exercise even without weight loss or vitamin D supplementation completely prevents the usual winter decline in the vitamin D metabolite that maintains health at a cellular level, 1,25(OH)2D3, and ameliorates the decline in the vitamin D status marker 25(OH)D.

We present evidence on changes in workplace segregation by education, race, ethnicity, and sex, from 1990 to 2000. The evidence indicates that racial and ethnic segregation at the workplace level remained quite pervasive in 2000.
