Sex Offenses and the Problem of Prevention
2019It is a laudable goal to prevent sexual assault before it occurs rather than merely punish it after the occurrence. Yet the proliferation of laws that seek to accomplish this goal by punishing or detaining individuals who have yet to commit a sexual assault can unjustifiably infringe on the freedom of individuals who have yet to act culpably.

[Ambulatory psychotherapy of sex offenses].

The therapeutic sample (n = 86) consists of patients with the following symptoms: exhibitionism, child molestation and sexual aggressive acts towards women.
