A Mussel‐Inspired Bioadhesive Patch to Selectively Kill Glioblastoma Cells

An innovative mussel‐inspired bioadhesive patch has been developed for post‐surgical glioblastoma treatment. The patch, which adheres strongly in biological environments, releases a localized treatment. This treatment, acting via reactive oxygen species, shows specific toxicity to glioblastoma cells.

A Biomarker‐Driven Ovary–Endometrium Organ‐on‐a‐Chip Mimicking 3D Multicellular Complexity and Menstrual Cyclicity for Predicting Reproductive Toxicity

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.

ETV1 Drives CD4+ T Cell‐Mediated Intestinal Inflammation in Inflammatory Bowel Disease Through Amino Acid Transporter Slc7a5

This study identifies the transcription factor ETV1 as a key driver of CD4⁺ T cell‐mediated intestinal inflammation in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). ETV1 promotes CD4⁺ T cell activation, proliferation, and Th17 differentiation by activating the amino acid transporter SLC7A5, fueling metabolic reprogramming.

Induced Proprioceptor and Low‐Threshold Mechanoreceptor Neurons Derived from Human Pluripotent Stem Cells Exhibit Distinct Functional Mechanosensory Properties

This study describes derivation of two distinct mechanosensory subpopulations from human pluripotent stem cells using a transcription factor mediated approach. Of significance, functional interrogation of induced mechanosensory subtypes reveal their unique responses to mechanical stimulation in the absence of end‐organs.

A Microbiota‐ and IL‐15‐Dependent Innate‐Like B Cell Progenitor Expressing E4BP4

This work identifies CD3.NKp46.CD19.NK1.1. NK‐B cells enriched in PDK1‐deficient yet present in wild‐type bone marrow. IL‐15 (via CD122) and TLR9‐microbiota signaling maintain their E4BP4 expression.
