Cancer‐Like Fragmentomic Characteristics of Somatic Variants in Cell‐Free DNA

We report that in non‐cancerous subjects, cell‐free (cfDNA) molecules harboring somatic variants exhibit cancer‐like fragmentomic characteristics associated with clonal hematopoiesis. Meta‐GWAS of Pig Semen Quality Traits Reveals Conserved Genes Regulating Mammalian Fertility

This study incorporated 14 210 individuals to perform a GWAS meta‐analysis of six semen quality traits. The GWAS meta‐analysis identifies 234 GWAS loci associated with semen quality traits. The incorporation with a functional genomics resource explains potential genetic regulation of ∼40% GWAS signals underlying semen quality traits.

A Quest for the Mechanism of Ultrahigh Resolution SEM Imaging

Using Monte Carlo simulations with explicit definitions of SE1 and SE2 align with a cascade secondary electron production model, this work shows that the 3D nanostructure modulated SE2 emission enhances other than to reduce topographical contrast via a “miniature Faraday cup” effect.

This study examined time‐dependent changes in gastric emptying after gastrectomy for gastric cancer using a 13C‐acetate breath test with a semi‐solid meal in 95 patients, revealing that gastric emptying was initially delayed at 1 month but significantly accelerated by 12 months postoperatively.
