Telemedicine in postoperative follow‐up of STOMa PAtients: a randomized clinical trial (the STOMPA trial)

In this RCT, postoperative telemedicine follow‐up by designated stoma nurses led to no significant differences in quality of life (QoL) compared with that for standard hospital follow‐up. However, telemedicine follow‐up did not meet the pretrial QoL superiority criteria.
