This study validates a novel Breast Modular Resection (BMR) teaching model for breast‐conserving surgery under regional anesthesia. The BMR approach significantly improves surgical proficiency, reduces re‐excision rates and pain, and facilitates safe day‐case discharge with superior cosmetic outcomes.
